Ferroli Optimax boiler timer

Hi Guys,
Im into DIY & Computing Also Cars.
My problem is that a retired Lady friend has recently had a new system with the above boiler installed ,Model HE31C However the timer was fitted by an apprentice some weeks later. And he didn't set it up very well She is getting the runaround from the installer. She is controlling the sYstem wit the Hall stat & override I have tried to set the timer up, but the instuction sheet is pathetic, can anyone help?

You need to setup day 16. This is the setting for everyday.
I agree the manual sheet that comes with the timer is useless.
