Boiler replacement

Postby littlejohn on Sun Aug 16, 2009 6:41 pm

Hi every one
This is my first post ever, so if I make mistakes be kind to me.

My wife and I would like to replace our Glow Worm Space Saver boiler, which was fitted June 1979 and has never given any trouble. We live in a small 3 bedroom semi, which has two double panel radiators and five single. Can anyone recommend an economical boiler replacement. We are in our eighty's so don't expect the boiler to last as long as our present one.
Regards
John

hi, sorry its a little late . :)

if the cylinder is ok i would fit a heat only boiler and upgrade the controls to fully pumped, failing that fit a combination boiler.

we fit the baxi platinum because of the excellent service and 5 yr warranty available with this model.
