It works fine, we have no performance problems with it at all.
However, since getting the boiler 'boxed in' this week (new kitchen), I've noticed the front casing gets quite hot.
The embarrassing thing is, I never noticed if it did this before being boxed in, so I can't point the finger at the boxing in.
There seems to be enough space around the boiler for ventilation.
If it's normal for the casing to get hot to the touch, I'll stop worrying.
