I have a Grant combi 90 mk11 oil boiler I want to change the heat exchanger to get moore hot water.
Does the sealed system kit ref 2347 fit this boiler? Can anyone advise me please?

GRANT combi boilers contain typically 80 litres of water at 80+C which is blended with cold water to achieve the desired tap water.
when you draw off hot water the storage vessel cools and the boiler runs to reheat the vessel as more cold water fills it. This is usually the block on the right of the combustion chamber.
When you ask for More water one option is a bigger boiler, another an unvented hot water cylinder, if your mains supply is not adequate then maybe you need an accumilator
a sealed kit is used to make the boiler a sealed system boiler, this boiler must by definition already have a kit fitted. It is the red discus in the front of the boiler.
