Glow Worm Ultimate 30FF Problem

Our Glow Worm Ultimate 30FF system is switching on, its getting about 2 seconds into its automatic cycle and then just goes back to the beginning of trying to switch itself on !!!!. Keeps repeating through this cycle... without success.

Tested room thermostat and that is working correctly when I turn it up and down, it sends the normal signals through to the control panel to either switch on or off.

The boiler auto ignites the pilot on start up, but it doesn't get to that point in its cycle before it goes back to the beginning of trying to switch itself on!!!!!

Anyone had this problem or might know what it can be?
