Central Heating Flushing.

Is it advisable not to flush a central heating system too often since fresh water contains disolved air which could increase internal radiator rusting?.
Am I right in thinking that the contaminated water within the system is more thermally conductive and hence transfers heat more effectively?.
I would appreciate any suggestions over this matter.
