Water amount

I have a Peerless Series WBV/WV oil burner with a tankless water heater. Consistantly, I run out of hot water after five minutes in the shower. The unit is 2 1/2 years old. Any ideas on what the problem is, and how to remedy it, will be appreciated

A remedy! get an electric shower. It runs of the cold water only. You can get a really decent one for less than a hundred from screwfix.com
