Mice and Plastic pipe

I hear horror stories of mice eating through plastic pipe. Is hep2o susceptible to this? we live in the country and do get mice under the house and in the roof space.

in my experience hep2o is susceptible to rodent damage particularly,the best bet is john guest pipe
