What size boiler

Can anyone advise me as to the size of replacement boiler I need?

The output of my Vogel & Noot radiators is 27,805 BTU'S or 8165watts I have been using a 90,000BTU Grant Combi Boiler
which I believe is too big. I want to replace this with a smaller Condensing Boiler Combi. I have a det dormer bungalow timber frame construction the property is well insulated. I have a total of 14 radiators which do not need to get to full temperature before the thermostats cut in. Does anyone know what size I should be looking for?

We are looking for LPG boiler for old woman home in kenya they have 14 radiators diffrent sizes and they are using diesel burner and distance from boiler to last burner is around 500 meters please any help will be appriciated you can reply me on trinity@swiftkenya.com or if you need more information please let us know we need to help these old womans before winter starts here in may.
